01What this notice covers
This notice explains how The Oyster Partnership Limited (“Oyster”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags and local storage) on www.oysterpartnership.com, what they do, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
We use cookies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

4.4 Marketing and social media (consent required)

05Third party tools and links
Where we use third party tools (for example an embedded LinkedIn feed, a job board widget or a video player), those providers may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy notices. Our website also links to sites we do not control, including client and job board websites; this notice does not apply to those sites.
06Personal data and international transfers
Some analytics and marketing providers process data on servers outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s UK adequacy or International Data Transfer Agreement safeguards. Details of how we handle personal data, and your rights, are in our Privacy Notice.
07Changes to this notice
We review this notice at least annually and whenever we add or remove a cookie. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
