While both continue to excel in their recruitment roles, what really set them apart was everything they're doing beyond their day jobs.

Both Ed and Brogan have become invaluable mentors within their teams, consistently supporting colleagues, helping managers, sharing their knowledge, and stepping up whenever they're needed. Not because they were asked to, but because that's who they are.
