In less than three months at Oyster, four of our Academy joiners have already completed their first deals.

Breaking into recruitment isn't easy. It takes resilience, confidence, and a willingness to pick yourself up after every setback. To see four of our newest consultants already delivering results so early in their careers is something we're incredibly proud of.
