Celebrating 10 incredible years of Ali Wibroe at Oyster!

Today, we're proud to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone as our Contract Director, Ali, marks 10 years at Oyster.

Ali's journey is the perfect example of what's possible when talent, determination and leadership come together. Starting her career with us as a Trainee Consultant, she has worked her way through the business to become the leader of our largest division, overseeing 11 specialist teams and helping shape the success of Oyster's contract business.

Over the last decade, Ali has not only delivered exceptional results, but has consistently inspired those around her through her passion, resilience and unwavering commitment to developing others.

Alongside leading one of the most successful areas of our business, Ali is also a co-founder of Leading From The Front, a community dedicated to empowering women in the workplace. It has grown into a thriving network of more than 800 members, creating opportunities, support and inspiration for women across industries.

Ali's impact reaches far beyond business performance. She is a mentor, role model, leader and friend to so many across Oyster.
