Team Leader Experience?
We are currently working with a Local Authority looking to recruit an enthusiastic Welfare Team Leader to implementation and deliver their Revenues & Welfare services.
You will be one of three Team Leaders responsible for managing our team which delivers the Welfare Benefits and Housing Benefit services. This is a 6- Month initial contract that is open to extension.
You’ll need to have previous experience in Benefits and the Team leader level, with the ability to relay complex information clearly, verbally and in writing. This Local Authority uses Civica Open revenues as their main system therefore knowledge on it is essential.
