I am working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Voids Administrator to work on a hybrid working arrangement on a 6 month initial contract.
As a Void Administrator your responsibilities will be:
- To ensure compliance with policy, practice and procedures
- To be responsible for void management and tenancy start-up for a patch of properties
- To ensure the smooth transition of tenants into their new homes and to provide support and
assistance up to the 6th week of tenancy - To provide efficient administrative support
Experience required:
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Previous experience in a Housing Setting
- Previous experience dealing with Void properties
