Trading Standards Officer

Based, Greater Manchester

Pay, £45 per hour

You’ll be enforcing a range of Trading Standards Legislation so you must have knowledge and experience as an officer - holding a qualification isn’t necessary but would be preferred

Your day-to-day will be reporting to and investigating complaints, giving advice, and taking necessary enforcement actions. Gathering and providing evidence in court may be required. Working on investigations against counterfeits is an ongoing project you will assist on also. You will work alongside a team of officers who have been with the council for a number of years - I'm sure you will be welcomed warmly.
