This Local Authority is currently working on regenerating their town centre/ high streets and with the levelling up fund going ahead for round 2 they are keeping busy.

What your role could include:

• Looking at the cultural quarter, public realm and resi and how this can be implemented into a town centre.
• Ensuring successful procurement and delivery of each programme of works and ensuring high-quality collaborative working with all stakeholders and suppliers.
• You may be required to carry out feasibility studies to calculate the viability of the scheme

If you have worked on town centre regeneration schemes for a local authority in the past, you will know what this role will consist of.
