Tenancy Sustainment Officer

If you have experience in Tenancy Sustainment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely and only requiring you to be in the office three days a week. Plus, it provides job security with a rolling six-month contract.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional service to tenants with Assured Shorthold Tenancies, particularly in areas like Welfare Benefits (including Universal Credit), and other statutory and discretionary benefits and support options.
• Managing a caseload of residents, providing personalized and empowering services tailored to their needs.
• Conducting holistic assessments of customers’ circumstances through interviews and home visits, while ensuring accurate case documentation. This includes carrying out risk assessments to identify any potential risks to the tenant, their tenancy, or others.
