Are you an experienced TA Officer?
We are happy to announce that we are currently working with a client in Northamptonshire in looking for an experienced Temporary Accommodation Officer.
The role is a hybrid initial 3 month contract with a high likelihood of extension ; The hybrid rota allows for you to work from home 3 days out of the working week.
An eligible candidate will have the following:
- Make suitable temporary accommodation placements to eligible customers considering the property specification, customer needs and assessing risks.
- Make cost effective temporary accommodation placements always assuring best value for money with each placement.
- Follow strictly all administrative procedures for booking, transferring, ending placements in all cases.
- Keeping accurate and timely records of all casework and decision points and issue formal written notifications of such decisions to customers that include, working with the assessment advice officer or the rehousing officer to provide a legally robust explanation of duties owed or duties ended under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
