Stock Condition Surveyor in Central England? This is for you.
STOCK CONDITION SURVEYOR
- You will be working as a Stock Condition Surveyor with an RP in Central England who are looking for someone to help ramp up their condition programme and carry out comprehensive EPC reports.
- This contract will be for 3-6 months, which will then result in a permanent position if everyone's happy - your permanent salary will be £48k per annum, which includes mileage.
- You will be on an hourly rate of £37 - £42 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) which will be paid through an Umbrella company.
- Your site visits will be structured and planned in a way that is the most cost-effective for time and money.
- You will not be required to go into the office often, you will spend most of your time on site
STOCK CONDITION SURVEYOR ROLE:
- You will be carrying out stock condition and EPC surveys daily, you will be given a tablet.
- Some of your appointments will be booked for you, some you will book yourself.
- You will use Keystone to correctly log asset data.
- You will effectively communicate with customers do deliver good customer service
STOCK CONDITION SURVEYOR ESSENTIALS
- Domestic Energy Assessor/EPC qualification (preferred).
- Competent conducting and completing stock condition surveys.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
