OFFICE BASED IN MAIDA VALE
- Arranging contractor appointments.
- Arrange surveys to be carried out on time before planned works.
- Notify residents of important information through monthly newsletters.
- Contribute to the overall management of the buildings in relation to Health and Safety ensuring compliance and regulations are adhered to and the areas are well maintained internally and externally. This will require use of an IT based Health & Safety / Fire compliance system to keep accurate records and may include:
- Pull cord & smoke alarm testing.
- Pendant programming and testing.
- Fire alarm testing and fire drills.
- Weekly water flushing and water hygiene procedures in communal areas and void properties.
- Compliance with lone working procedure.
- Ensuring customer details are up to date on internal IT systems and communicate any updates to the alarm monitoring call centre.
- Ability to prioritize with support from the Team Leader and willingness to take a flexible approach when responding to unexpected incidents.
- Key auditing, including management of the master key.
- Report and effectively manage communal repairs throughout complex buildings.
- Provide supportive management in order to facilitate the skills to maintain independent living.
