Senior Surveyor - Property Management

The business is shaping up for another year of growth as they have recently won two new high profile instructions in London, consisting of office, industrial and retail assets.

With a wealth of experience within the real estate consultancy world, my client has £1.5 billion of assets under management.

Joining a strong team of surveyors, you will be taking a lead on a London portfolio of mixed asset classes, with a focus on Office and Retail.

This would be an ideal fit for a Surveyor looking to make the transition into a more responsible role, or an existing Senior Surveyor looking to gain more autonomy.

My client offer a flexible working arrangement, and you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a weeks.

My client is looking to pay up to £56,000 inclusive of car allowance, including a generous benefits package.

There is an evident opportunity to progress with this business, with two of our previous placements climbing to Directorship.
