You will be instructed mainly on an Industrial portfolio with a sprinkling of office assets spread across the West Midlands, you’ll never be too far from home. With shops, restaurants and everything in-between moving into industrial sheds and warehouses with a bid to get products to everyone, this area of the commercial world is busier than ever!  

What’s needed from you? Previous commercial experience is key and past management of industrial assets/office assets would also be fantastic. This role is very flexible and a portfolio which will be tailored to your location. They are looking for someone who can just hit the ground running.
