In this role you will work alongside the Team Leader Manager to help deliver a number of services, these services include:
- Training and coaching
- To give daily support to my team answering and assisting with queries
- Dealing with Complaints and appeals

You will be working from the comfort of your home as this position is entirely remote working. So, no more public transport or traffic on the way to work!
You will be working in this role for an initial three months however it is open to extension depending on your work output.
You will have flexibility with your hours, this includes optional weekend work if you’re up for it.
This Local Authority uses Northgate as their main system and info @ work as their document system.
