Senior Property Consultant

I am looking for a Senior Property Consultant to value, manage and review a Council’s property portfolio.

Your main duties will include:

• The acquisition and disposals of any legal interest in Council owned land and buildings.
• Day to day management of all types of Council property, including the following:
  • Negotiating leases, licences for shops, offices and industrial properties.
  • Undertake feasibility studies into redevelopment, refurbishment and alternative uses of Council property.
  • Negotiating terms and charges with statutory authorities and other bodies for easements, wayleaves, licences and rights of way.
  • Negotiating rent reviews of existing tenancies.

This role will initially be for 6 months and they offer flexibility around working arrangements, although you should note that regular site inspections need to be completed and the team attend the office once a week.
