Lead your way into a Senior HR Advisor role

I hope you are well and leading in your own way as today is National Leader’s day, apparently.

Nothing says leadership like taking the reins and running with an idea, within reason.

Speaking of running with an idea, I have 2 roles – Principals Advisor and NHS Business Partner. How's that for an idea?

These roles are both based in Woolwich, offering hybrid work for 3 months to start, offering £29.00ph through an Umbrella company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manging with ER cases including sickness, absences, and grievances
  • Carrying out the full employee life cycle
  • Supporting the Head of HR with the HR housing team
  • Advising managers on the correct guideline and policy procedures
  • Providing information to staff on the HAs terms and conditions of service and issues
