Are you ready to lead the team from the front?

I am currently working with a local authority who is looking for a Senior Housing Options Officer to manage a medium sized team.

Do you have the following experience?

  • Extensive experience on HRA
  • Managed officers before
  • Be a frontline lead, providing advice and guidance to Officers
  • May hold a small caseload
  • Managing complaints
  • Case one-to-ones with officers
  • Plan training for new and current officers
  • Experience with Locata

If so, this role would be perfect for you.

This is a remote role where you may need to go in occasionally so you can work comfortable from home.
