Senior Development Project Manager - Luxury

Oyster Partnership are delighted to be working exclusively with a very notable super prime luxury developer undertaking residential developments in central London.

You will be in a business critical role managing impressive developments in Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Your role will be primarily post acquisition through to delivery and handover. This will include consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering contractors and stakeholder engagement. A true cradle to grave role.

Super Prime high end residential experience is essential.

The Developer has a lean and specialist team allowing you to have great exposure to the the full project life cycle whilst performing a critical role for the business.

In return you will receive a salary up to £100,000 + bonus + profit share.
