Senior Development Project Manager

Oyster Partnership are working exclusively with a Boutique Real Estate Investor and Developer based in London. They are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join a their team.

You will be supporting the Development Director on several live projects in London. They have a strong pipeline and are still actively acquiring more. Their projects are residential led and often involve BTR and Co-Living

You will be a critical part of the business, have full autonomy and a sense of ownership of the schemes you are responsible for.

Projects are due on site within the next 6 months so delivery will be the focus. This will develop to a full cradle to grave role that will comprise of everything from post-acquisition to completion, including consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering contractors and stakeholder engagement.

This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking for a client-side move, gain exposure across the full project lifecycle and be part of a lean specialist team. , keen to get stuck in on site and be very hands on. New build residential scheme experience is desirable, Central London projects and delivery experience is essential.

In return you will receive a salary up to £85 ,000 + Bonus
