Senior Development Project Manager

Oyster Partnership are delighted to be working exclusively with a notable developer undertaking residential led mixed use developments in London.

You will be leading on an impressive London masterplan delivering 1200 new homes over a number of buildings. The Scheme will include a new community sports and fitness centre, a public park and flexible commercial space. The first phase is expected to start on site in September

Your role will be primarily post planning through to delivery and handover. This will include consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering contractors and stakeholder engagement.

The Developer has a lean and specialist team allowing you to have great exposure to the the full project life cycle whilst performing a critical role for the business.

In return you will receive a salary up to £100,000 + bonus. The office is also dog friendly so expect some happy woofers around.
