Senior Development Manager

Oyster Partnership are working with a leading property developer in Manchester specialising in Residential led mixed use developments

They are recruiting for an in-house Senior Development Manager with years residential expertise to lead the developments within a reviewed portfolio. The projects range from 50 to 500-unit developments in Student Accommodation and Co-Living sectors.

A full cradle to grave role that will comprise of everything from post-acquisition to completion, including consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering contractors and stakeholder engagement.

This role would suit an ambitious Development Manager looking for a client-side move, Large new build residential scheme experience is desirable. Your role will lean more heavily on the front end of the development lifecycle so experience overseeing design/planning phases is essential.

You will ideally have 15+ years experience in Development Management

This is a business critical position with a Salary around six figures dependent on experience
