Working with one of the fastest-developed local authorities in the past decade?
I'm working with a local authority situated inthe West Midlands with their search for a Senior Development Control Officer who can comment on major and minor planning applications.
This role is responsible for providing technical expertise and assessing and commenting on planning applications for developments on behalf of the Local Authority. This will include mainly major applications to respond to within the statutory response time.
A key element of this role is working with the local authority to assist with projects surrounding rural and urban areas. There is a slight backlog of applications that need to be assessed, hence your technical expertise would be appreciated as soon as can be.
- This role is 6 months guaranteed
- IR35 Status not determined as of yet
- WFH hybridity is available, suggestion to the office once per week.
