Office based / Site based
£16-£18 per hour, umbrella.

Are you looking for the opportunity to work within a Supported Housing Team, that values the importance of delivering excellent intensive housing management services to residents in a sheltered housing scheme?

We are working with a Berkshire based housing association who are looking for a Scheme Manager to come and join their team on a temp to perm basis (3 months temp and then perm).

Your role as a Scheme Manager will include:

• Deliver intensive housing management at a sheltered housing scheme or schemes within a geographic patch location
• Provide basic tenancy advice and services to residents, signposting to relevant organisations, where necessary, for professional assistance and resolution
• Assist with managing rent arrears, ASB and nuisance within the scheme
• Referring residents to specialist agencies for additional support where there is a well-being concern

Essential experience

1. Experience of working with vulnerable people within a housing environment and successfully promoting resident involvement and participation

• Knowledge/experience of welfare benefit issues and/or benefits application processes
