Calling all Rough Sleeper Outreach Officers
I am currently working alongside a Local Authority based in Yorkshire who are looking for a Rough Sleeper Outreach worker to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.
With Interviews looking to take place the week commencing the 26th August - Do apply if this sounds like something for you.
Ideally they would want someone with the following
- Experience dealing with outreach work on a local authority level
- Knowledge of the homeless legislations (HRA 2017)
- Able to work in office 4 days a week with 2 Outreach sweep days beginning at 5:30am
- Rate of £22.00ph (possible negotiation)
- Other two office days would be visiting clients in temporary accommodation and drop in hubs
