The Role:

As a General Practice Surveyor within the restructuring team, you will specialize in Rent Reviews, Service Charges, Rates disputes and queries, and lease renewals. You will work for the benefit of the commercial tenant and undertake the submission of reports and negotiations on behalf of their clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an energetic, competent, and instinctive negotiator with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. The successful candidate must have a good history of client reporting and accountability, as well as knowledge and understanding of the restructuring world. A clear understanding and experience of Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Service Charge negotiations, and Rates is necessary.

On Offer:

• Up to £75,000 + Package.
