REPAIRS SURVEYOR

You'll be working as a Repairs Surveyor with one of the Housing Associations that are based in Essex covering a singular patch where the properties are based within 30 minutes of each other.

You'll be required to go into the office in Southend only once per week, the rest of your week will be spent on-site carrying out inspections for responsive repairs, mainly damp and mould along with turning around voids and dealing with disrepairs as well.

You'll be liaising with the organisation's main contractor to raise orders for repairs and working with the legal team to ensure that disrepairs are closed successfully.

You'll be working there for 3-6 months before deciding whether everyone's happy to turn this job permanent with a negotiable salary starting at £42k per annum for the Repairs Surveyor position.
