Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting teams to deliver essential services? I am looking for 2x Repairs Team Administrator's to join a council's housing repairs team, playing a key role in scheduling stock condition surveys and supporting maintenance operations.

💼 Location: Northampton
💰 Salary: £16.00 - £18.00phr LTD
📋 Contract Type: 3 months initially

About the Role:

As a Repairs Team Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Scheduling property surveys – coordinating stock condition, damp and mould, and compliance inspections.
✅ Liaising with surveyors, contractors, and tenants to arrange appointments and ensure smooth operations.
✅ Maintaining accurate records – updating housing management systems and tracking survey progress.
✅ Processing repair requests and ensuring they are logged correctly for action.
✅ Handling general administrative tasks, including document management, email correspondence, and data entry.
✅ Supporting the repairs team with reporting, compliance checks, and workflow coordination.
What I am Looking For:

🔹 Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
🔹 Experience working in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in housing or property maintenance.
🔹 Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
🔹 Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and housing management systems.
🔹 Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
