Regeneration Officer

If you are, A Housing Association in London has a 2-year fixed-term contract with your name on it. Their offices are located within a short walk or bus ride from a very accessible London tube station so you can expect an easy commute from pretty much wherever you are.

This resident-focused role will enable you to engage and negotiate with the public about a major regeneration scheme happening in their borough which is currently aiming to refurbish over 200 new homes for the public.

Some duties may include:

• Creating a resident liaison action plan based on the programmes needs.
• Understanding large-scale regeneration impacts on residents and can negotiate with the public.
• Keeping both the residents and the panel up to date.
• Ensure that the phase 2 design consultation events are attended by residents and that the outcomes are communicated back to the panel.
