Property Acquisitions Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and deliver necessary projects in line with the expansion plans of the business.
• Secure the best commercial terms for new agreements and protect partner profit over the term of a lease.
• Deliver projects on time and manage each project to successful completion.
• Actively participate in all divisional planning exercises for new store and relocation projects.
• Present new opportunities to the Property Forum and participate in Property updates.
• Encourage open communication between internal stakeholders and recommend improvements to the process as required.
• Ensure all documentation has been handed over to the Estate Management Team and the Accounts function.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the legal framework applicable to property.
• Commercially aware with knowledge of the Retail property market.
• Advanced Landlord and Tenant knowledge.
• Previously Acquisitions experience.
• RICS qualified or proven track record.
