Project Manager - Luxury Residential

Oyster Partnership are working with a UK based development business acting as a Client Advisory for UHNWI's.

They are recruiting for a Project Manager with experience delivering high end luxury residential projects in London. The role will be client facing and require a high level of discretion.

The role comprises of everything from post-planning to completion, including consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering, compiling Employer’s Requirements and ultimately acting as the point of interface between consultant and contractor team to ensure timely delivery. A client-side PM opportunity with a well-respected developer.

The role will suit a candidate who is comfortable working on multiple projects across different sectors with a focus on delivery. High-end Residential and or Hospitality experience is preferred.
