Project Architect

We’re working with an innovative and growing architectural and planning practice based in London, specialising in high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. They’re looking for a talented Project Architect to join their team in December/early 2024.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Lead your own residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion across all RIBA stages.

• Work directly with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Be part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment that values independence and initiative.

• Use your Revit expertise to deliver innovative and practical designs.

• Contribute to a company culture that prioritizes work-life balance—overtime is actively discouraged!

What They’re Looking For:

• A confident and experienced architect with a strong residential background.

• A self-assured and independent individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Someone with a positive, collaborative attitude who gets on well with others.

• A proactive and adaptable team player who can confidently guide junior team members.

• Proficiency in Revit and a comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations.

• A passion for delivering high-quality designs and managing projects from conception to completion.
