I am working with a local council based in Berkshire who are seeking Project Administrators to work in the homelessness team.
Project purpose: To update and transfer housing applications over to Northgate.
The responsibilities of the role will be:
- Working within a team of 4-5 other project administrators.
- Transferring housing applications from Capita to Northgate.
- Each application should take around 30 minutes to review and complete (circa 150 questions per application).
- Ensure all information transferred is accurate and updated.
- Reviewing housing applications.
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
Experience required:
- Experience using Northgate (desired)
- Previous experience in Housing / Homelessness
- Experience in providing administrative support
Contract length: Up to 9 weeks. Including one week training in the office and 8 weeks with potential of hybrid / remote working.
Pay rate - £15-£17 LTD per hour (dependent on experience).
Looking to interview ASAP and start date February 6th – 13th.
