12 month contract...

A local authority based in Kent is looking for a PSH officer to join their team.

The service runs exceptionally well however they have a budget for an officer to help with a job share so they can guarantee a long term contract, 12 months.

The role consists of:

  • HHSRS Inspections
  • HMO licencing
  • Service requests and advising the public on housing standards


The council are able to pay £40 per hour for the right candidate.

The contract is 3 days a week and will be able to accomodate hybrid working.

The ideal candidate would at least have the HHSRS accreditation and also have at least a year of private sector housing experience at local authority level.
