12 Month Contract Covering Secondment....

A fantastic opportunity for contract security has emerged, A 12 MONTH CONTRACT COVERING SECONDMENT...YES 12 MONTHS.

This is for a local authority based in South Wales looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to start from April 1st. You will be covering HMO / HHSRS inspections on a hybrid basis, no need for you to be in the office but expectation of at least 3 days on site and 2 days WFH.

You must have experience with dealing with HMO's alongside having your HHSRS qualification to be considered for this position.

Contract Details

  • Full time OR Part time (25 - 30 hours)
  • 12 Months
  • Flexible / WFH Available
  • £30 - £40 per hour (DOE)
  • IR35: Undetermined
