I am currently seeking a Principal Planning Officer to join a Cumbria based Local Authority who are looking for someone to join their Development Management team.

You will be helping them clear their back log which consists of mainly complex minors and major applications.

Presence in the office would be ideally once a week but this can be discussed depending on location circumstances.

This will initially be a 3 month contract but will likely roll over.

Hourly rate is dependant on experience and background.
