As the Planning and Regulatory Solicitor you will be responsible for a varied caseload with an emphasis on planning as well as regulatory matters.

  • Offering up to £55ph umbrella
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Free parking
  • Minimum 8 month contract. likely to be extended

Duties will include:

  • Providing advice on planning, regulatory, and local government law.
  • Managing complex planning-related transactions.
  • Drafting and creating legal documents including planning agreements and enforcement notices
  • Attending Committees meetings as and when required.
