Have you got experience dealing with administration tasks relating to planning? Then this job is for you.
I am working with a local authority who is looking for a planning administrator to join their team.
It will be a fully remote position with a 3 month initial contract length.
As a planning administrator your responsibilities will be:
- Validating and processing all types of planning applications
- Provide advice on planning applications to applicants, agents and members of the public
- Liaise with officers in development management, planning policy and other departments
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities of a similar nature relating to administrative tasks
Experience required:
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Previous experience in a Local Authority Setting
- Previous experience in Planning or Building control
Pay rate – 20 - 24
