Package Manger - Offshore Wind

Our client is a leading renewable energy company dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions to communities around the world. As the teams newest Offshore Wind Package Manager will be responsible for managing the entire package of offshore wind projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire package of offshore wind projects, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

• Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure that project targets are achieved

• Ensure that all safety, health, environmental, and quality standards are met or exceeded

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in offshore wind project management

• Strong technical knowledge of offshore wind turbines, foundations, and substructures

• Experience managing large-scale offshore wind projects from start to finish

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other European languages is desirable

This client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as week as flexible working arrangements. Depending on experience you can expect an annual salary of €80,000 - €95,000.
