Based in Central London, this University has been making waves in the higher education sector and they need your help.

As they look to expand upon their existing team to get to a healthy size of 56 in their Maintenance department, this university is looking for team leaders who are willing to step and take on a new challenge.

They’re looking for a Maintenance and Operations Supervisor to help manage the day-to-day operations across the campus.

You will be bringing your technical experience to the table as you use your people management skills to effectively manage your team to deal with any issues that might arise whilst you’re on the job.

As you manage a team of mechanical and electrical operatives in delivering a range of planned and reactive maintenance/repairs, you will be managing a number of other tasks across a live campus.

You will be working in shifts to begin with, working 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off, being generously awarded for the work you do.
