M&E Project Manager

Are you a hands-on jack of all trades?

A Local authority I'm working alongside is looking for an ambitious individual to join their team.

I know it’s a bit of a change in this current climate but, I’m seeking an M&E project manager that is predominantly going to be site based.

You will be responsible for –

• Managing boiler replacement works and signing them off

• Overseeing all kitchen and bathroom replacements

• Managing all electrical work and overseeing the contractors

• Responsible for the delivery and progression within their 5 year programme

Although I said it’s hands-on, it’s hands-off right? As you will be managing the contracts for all the remedial works and signing them off.
