Learning and Development Specialist

My client is looking for 2 L&D Specialists in cLondon for a Housing Association for a 6 months contract. They are newly opened roles within the association, reporting to the L&D Lead.

This role will involve:

• Work with external training providers to design and deliver inclusion-based learning interventions
• Deliver and co-deliver in-person and virtual workshops
• Distribute, collect and monitor action plans completed at the end of in-person L&D interventions

My client is looking for someone to start asap. This hybrid role is paying £22-£25 per hour.
