Are s278/38s for you?
We are working with a local authority situated in London in their search for an s278/38 Engineer with the skillset to be able to aid the Highways Adoptions team by conducting both s278 and s38 agreements. As well as looking at the technical design reviews.
A key element of this role is working with the authority to overlook the designs post the developer has their planning application assessed. Your input would enable to make the agreement so the council can make permanent changes to the highway network to enable the approval prior to it commencing..
The highway schemes will include work such as; a mix of rural and urban sites.
- This role lands outside IR35, contracted for 3 months initially, rolling.
- WFH hybridity is available, would be appreciated to come into the offices once per week.
