IT Project Manager

If you are looking for an exciting new project to kick off the New Year with a great combination of remote working with a little bit office based which can help break up the weeks.

You will be working in the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire so will make going into the office a welcome break from busy city life, with great transport links it is within 1 hour from London. Allowing you to still enjoy you evening once work has finished.

Working with the council on their IT transformation project the contract is 6 months to start but with scope to be extended past that depending on performance and the projects standing.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders both with in the council and externally.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 3 years experience with similar project and a strong track record of delivering projects within set time frames.
• Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, understanding different perspectives and managing through situations outside of your control
• Have exceptional drive and motivation a team whilst also have the ability to respond to changing demands of our fast paced programme
• Be experienced in building strong relationships stakeholders within the organisations and outside.
