Investment Director

With a large amount of capital to deploy, the successful individual will spearhead the firms growth plan within the UK.

The business have a highly successful track record spanning several decades of experience across multiple Real Estate cycles and have continued to invest heavily irrespective of market conditions, finding opportunities for attractive returns.

Candidates will need circa 10-15 years Real Estate Investment experience, ideally from a living sector background. This role is extremely broad and candidates will be involved in managing teams, sourcing deals, and sourcing contacts across the whole PBSA sector.

Requirements:

· Significant Real Estate Investment experience in the UK preferably from a Living Sector background.

· Circa 10 years industry experience, with recent experience acting as a Manager in an Investment team.

· Solid analytical skills and good financial modelling knowledge.

· Driven, entrepreneurial and flexible with the ability to deliver results consistently.

· Commercial real estate experience.
