Interim Senior Estates Surveyor Midlands Immediate Start

This local authority is currently seeking a senior estate surveyor on a 6-month contract, with a likely extension.

During your time you will deliver estates management service in managing and developing key assets in the commercial portfolio, responsibility for completing landlord and tenant activities, including lease renewals / rent reviews and acquisitions and disposals.

This role is on a hybrid basis, only requiring you to attend properties you decide is necessary.
