If you are, a 6-month contract for a Local Authority in London has your name on it.
The role will include hybrid working arrangements which will enable you to work from home for 3 days a week and their offices are located within a short 5-minute walk from the train station.
The role of ‘Senior Development Manager’ will focus on Development Delivery within the borough and partnerships.
You may be required to:
Procure development partners.
Put together a tender for an investment partner.
Work on the delivery of small to medium infill sites.
