Are you looking for a move, or maybe your contract is coming to an end?

Do you have experience managing a mixed commercial portfolio?

A local Authority based in the heart of a lovely town in the Midlands is offering a Property Manager a 6-month contract.

Whether you drive in or get public transport, you have limitless access to this council.

During your time you will deal with Estates Management issues, including arrears, inspections, tenant liaison, tenant compliance, and asset management.
