Interim Procurement Lead

The council that I am working with is looking for a lead officer, someone who is experienced across the FM and Hard/Soft Services. This will require you to work with the Procurement and Asset team.

The role will require you to transform the council Procurement setup, as they have three new projects coming up you will be required to lead on them.

There will be no "hand-holding" and a track record of leading on Tenders using FTS and knowing PCR15/16 will be required.

The longer you are there, there will be more emphasis on contract management, this will come in once you have set the processes up.

The first contracts that you will be working on will need to be sorted before the end of the financial year, so the contract will be at least 6 months. There is a high possibility that this can be extended for a further 6 months.
