As a Local Authority, they thrive on diversity and inclusivity, therefore they encourage people from all walks of life and experience to apply for this position.
You will be conducting portfolio reviews, leases, disposals, and acquisitions, and carrying out duties as assigned by the line manager.
If you have experience in dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals in a local authority setting or have a relevant degree or professional qualification in Estates Surveying or equivalent, this will be the perfect opportunity for you 😆
